Bill Henson Photography Analysis
Bill Henson, being one of Australia’s best contemporary art photographers, has held many exhibitions since the year 1974 and is quite popular among the various ages of fans. Although, there being controversy with people who disagree about his opinions from his artistic photography, he continues to work his magic creating mysterious, evocative artworks. His photographs are noted as edgy and powerful which are communicated through his use of light and shade. To create the very best outcome for his photographs, Henson uses telephoto lenses; the faces of his photographs are often blurred or partially shadowed and do not directly face the viewer.
