Growing up in a small town is an excellent way to learn strong values. It was serendipitous that I was able to grow up in a subtle farming community where I graduated high school with the same group of children that attended my kindergarten class. Everyone knows everybody in a small town which has a few benefits. It means you can have a tab at the local convenience store and pay when you receive your paycheck and on any given day, you can walk down into the post office and greet everybody you see by name. Growing up in a small town had a significant impact on my life. Giving me the opportunity to learn to be a healthy, confident person with a love for education, and a great sense of community.…

The first point is comfort and convenience. Big cities provide good education system. In fact, most of the famous universities and excellent colleges and foreign language schools are located in the city. So when we live here, we have a lot of chances to study further with professional methods. We can also attend night classes in order to improve our knowledge and skills. However, in a big city, the education also faces some challenges such as: rising dropout status, increasing school violence, and overcrowding in some school which have good quality. In addition, children who grow up in big cities have not enough time or have very little time to rest, because study pressure is very high. Aside from the good things above, these challenges influence quality of the education in big cities. Cities also provide ample medical facilities. In every city, there are good hospitals in which the poor get free medicines and treatment. Many well-qualified private doctors are also there to serve the sick and the suffering compared with lack of such medical arrangement in the small towns. Such values include the enjoyment of nature, the warmth and comfort of humanity, and the inner strength of enlightenment. Becky Tijuana says that "in small town you can find your spirituality." In crowded and busy cities, nature is almost completely neglected and eliminated. Technology, industries, and tall buildings eliminate the beauty of nature to introduce the advancements of humanity. Urban areas are a lot better to grow up in compared to rural areas because of street smarts and many other socialistic endeavors. One of the benefits of living in an urban area is you get smarter when on the streets dealing with the types of people that you wouldn’t otherwise see in the country. There are the homeless, muggers, dealers, people that you will know how to avoid instead of getting drawn into them or being tricked into doing stupid things for them. You might just see them as a normal person if you moved in from the country in to a big city. You would probably learn over a great deal of time the difference between them and your average person.
