Best quality biomass fired boiler in China
Under the conditions of energy saving and environmental protection, due to the limitation of electricity, natural gas supply and gas pipelines, the biomass fired boiler is gradually accepted by many users for its low price and low operating cost. Coal fired boiler and oil fired boiler are replaced by the biomass fired boiler.

Then what kind of biomass fired boiler should we choose? As we all know, good quality biomass fired boilers can not only reduce production costs and extend the life of the boiler, but also reduce atmospheric emissions of waste gas, ZG is a good choice for buying the biomass fired boiler, for ZG has the best quality biomass fired boiler in China.

1.ZG is a large state enterprises, largest industrial boiler manufacturer, the World Bank, GEF projects with green energy efficient boiler production base , with A-class boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing license.
2. ZG chain grate biomass fired boilers use new materials withstand high temperature, the furnace cover is made of full-volume model, to increase the over-temperature overpressure capability, extend the life of the boiler. Advanced welding technology, the implementation of seamless welding, forging eliminates stress, increasing the thermal efficiency of the chain grate boiler, reducing heat loss.
3. ZG biomass boiler has solved the fouling and slagging problems in heat transfer process to ensure long-term stable operation. Flue gas emissions can meet the relevant national environmental standards, and achieve low carbon content of ash.

With advanced technologies, outstanding quality, professional technical support and after sale service, ZG has become a reliable biomass fired chain grate boiler manufacturer and supplier. Meanwhile, the biomass fired boiler also has great social and economic effectiveness. http://www.chaingrateboiler.com/biomassfiredboiler/zg-biomass-fired-chain-grate-boiler.html

Sadly there are some disadvantages to biomass. Wood burning is harmful and releases air pollution. Yet that is only one out of five of the resources in biomass. If not properly controlled, the end result gases may be dangerous. A biomass boiler is slightly more expansive than a regular oil boiler. Also the boilers take up more space than any regular old oil…

One of Earth’s oldest energy sources can also be one of the accommodating to our environment. Biomass is any organic or natural substance that is on Earth like wood, crops, agricultural products, landfill gas and biogas, biofuels, animal waste, vegetables, and seaweed. For many years, people have used burned wood to generate their homes and use it to make their food. Biomass gets all its energy from the Sun. All organic substances have stored energy, also known as potential energy, from the Sun. We use biomass to make energy in many different ways. For example there is fermentation, which is the creation of alcohol from a plant but sometimes only taken from the starch. When burning biomass we can convert it from waste-to-energy to make steam…

CNG (Compressed natural gas) (Methane stored at high pressure) can be used in place of gasoline (petrol), Diesel fuel and propane/LPG. CNG combustion produces fewer undesirable gases than the fuels mentioned above. It is safer than other fuels in the event of a spill, because natural gas is lighter than air and disperses quickly when released. CNG may be found above oil deposits, or may be collected from landfills or wastewater treatment plants where it is known as biogas.…

During fluidized bed combustion potassium and calcium from biomass ash can react with quartz (SiO2) from the bed sand already at the normal operation temperatures of 700−900 °C, forming a layer of Ca,K-silicate onto the bed particle. The layer becomes thicker in time, and the particle size increases. The layer is sticky, and the bed particles can agglomerate together increasing the bed particle size further. During unsteady operation of the boiler, or on an occasional excursion to high temperature, the whole bed can sinter. The bed agglomeration can be controlled by keeping the bed alkali contents low enough by regularly discharging the bed ash and feeding fresh sand into the bed. The chemistry of fuel ash - bed sand interactions is however complicated. It is usually useful to minimize the quartz contents in the make-up sand. The ash melting point temperatures of woody fuel ashes vary in a wide range. The wide range correlates with variations in ash composition. In general, the higher the fuel alkali and chlorine contents, the lower are the sintering and initial deformation temperatures. Wood ash starts to form agglomerates and to sinter between 900 ºC and 1000 ºC in combustion conditions. Coal and peat ashes are usually trouble free at these temperatures, even if the melting point temperatures are in the same range with biomass fuels. Coal or peat is co-fired with biomass in many multi-fuel fired boilers. The woody biomass ashes are in general much more reactive than the ashes of fossil fuels. Lower reactivity of coal and peat ashes is connected to a composition with mainly quartz and various silicate-based minerals, like aluminium silicates, calcium silicates and alkali silicates, and iron oxides. Calcium and al kali in these minerals are not in free, reactive form like they are in biomass ashes. Accordingly they are quite inert at the conditions of fluidized bed combustion. Even though combustion of woody biomass fuels is more challenging compared to coal…
