Personality: Type a (Extroverts)
Type A personality types are called Extroverts. People with this personality choice lack in patience's and tend to get frustrated fairly easy/short tempered, they are excessively self-critical, but have a strong urge towards competition and a high desire to accomplish tasks. Achievements are extremely important for Extroverts as they always want to perform to the best of their ability/stand out from the crowd and look impressive, however extroverts experiences high levels of anxiety when things do not go according to plan or if they are disrupted by another individual. For example if an Extrovert individual is revising for an exam and suddenly gets distracted, they are most likely to stop revising and become more involved with the surroundings around them then after, if they did not achieve the grade they was expected then they would become very self-critical but also exaggerate and blame certain individual that distracted them from revising in the past tense. This behaviour is normally assisted with Aggregation, Frustration, Stubbornness and Violates (Violates does not apply to everyone, depends on the situation they are in.) My opinion, as a human being I believe that you do not just have one personality type (A,B) you have both personality traits in you (Extrovert & Introvert) and strongly depending on your family upbringing and the people that are around you. Genetically I believe that you develop your personality from your parents, which is over a certain number of years from the age of 10 to 18 (8 years.)

Personality Type b (Introverts)
Type B personality are called Introverts, Introverts are a lot more tolerant then Type A (Extroverts,) and rarely tend to be aggressive or become frustrated. However Introverts are not so good at multi-tasking so overloading them with of a lot of tasks will easily stress them out. They are very calm and composed and usually have a great deal of self-control, they are not obsessively competitive (like type A) instead their competitiveness is often channelled in a productive way which is, planning out a situation or session in advance before presenting/delivering it (They are not so bothered how time consuming it may be.) An introvert focuses more on the quality then the quantity, for example an introvert sports football manager would rather have three world class players, then have a full eleven aside amateur team, they would rather take their time and build up there squad with players that have an identical type of ability. On the other hand an extrovert football manager lacks in patience's and limits his time for completing certain tasks, so he is most likely to build up and complete his squad with players that have ‘mixed ability’ so he is able to gain a head start for the league. My opinion, as a human being I believe that you do not just have one personality type (A,B) you have both personality traits in you (Extrovert & Introvert) and strongly depending on your family upbringing and the people that are around you. Genetically I believe that you develop your personality from your parents, which is over a certain number of years from the age of 10 to 18 (8 years.)
