The New Zealand National Rugby Team also known as the all blacks are questioned by many New Zealanders to be overpaid. Jobs like schoolteacher’s police officers, firefighters, and nurses- all performing essential work that we can’t do without- are paid substantially less than professional sports players. The all blacks contribution to the society is negotiable. They are just here for the entertainment they take money away from the society rather then save lives or provide resources we all need. People should get more income based on how much they contribute to New Zealand society.
An average professional sports player plays a game three hours a day, three days a week, 6 months a year and gets paid in the millions. Compared to a teacher who educates the next generation seven hours a day, six days a week, ten months a year, and gets paid around 25 thousand. At that rate a teacher would need a little more then 33 years to make 1.5million-which is equal to Dan carters
