Benefits for a Multicultural Workforce
There are advantages to work in a multicultural workforce because there are benefits to expand the working environment, such as marketing, creating new ideas and providing customer service. The employees must have a great working environment so that these benefits can come about. The company has to give them the opportunity to get an increase, for coming up with new ideas. Researchers that have discovered companies that have Double Digit growth (DDG) have found that employees work better when the supervisor engages more with them by allowing a say on what and how the company is being run, continuously praises them with the work they done, and allows them to grow within the company. The outcome of it is that these companies have employees that are eager to become members of the company because they want to have the ability to beneficiate on the company’s growth and expansions. Travel and provide more customer service. This also allows the company the option to recruit others and create more company revenue. In fact, employee engagement at double digit growth (DDG) companies (63%) exceeds average employee engagement at single-digit growth (SDG) companies by over 20 % (Hewiit Associations , 2004). In other words, the companies that do have the ability to work in a team, and not be looked down and just be treated like an employee with no voice, have the ability to do a lot better to make the company grow and expand the company to grow more, reach out others and built more companies. Hewitt associations also mentions that in order for a employee to feel part of the company they have to feel confidence that the company growth rises because everyone in the company is cooperating to make the company better, they reach their goals and the products and services they give to their customers benefit the employees and their customers. These double digit companies that engage with their employees are more likely to receive more positive feedback about their company because

    Companies are always looking to see if their training brought in a return of investment. Employers invest time and money into employees during training and it is hard to measure if it was worthwhile. With diversity training it is obvious that at least some of it is worth it because if it is working then your organization will be diverse and will flow cohesively together. The employees that are trained bring new ideas to the table and allow the business to gain perspective that may have not otherwise have been there (Hubbard, 2003).
