Beltane Research Paper
Beltane, or also known as Beltaine, May Day, may Eve and Celtic Summer, is celebrated on May 1st in the Northern Hemisphere and October 31st in the Southern Hemisphere. To the Celtics, this is one of the two greatest festivals, the other being Samhain. Beltane is a fertility festival and also a fire festival. The original Celtic meaning is “Bel-Fire” which has been traced back to the middle eastern god “Baal” which means lord. So Beltane is a celebration of the God of light or fire and also a celebration of the Goddess's fertility. In Ireland they would light the fires of Beltane on top of a hill to celebrate the return of light and the fertility of the world. No one could light the fire until the High King has lit the first fire. But, in 433 AD, St. Patrick lit a bonfire before the high King did. Doing this, St. Patrick mad a claim to usurpation of spiritual leadership over the whole island. Once custom is jumping over the bonfire. Young people did this to bring a husband or a wife to them, travelers would jump the fire for hopes of a safe journey, and pregnant women would jump the fire in hopes of an easy delivery, but there are so many other reasons to jump the fire. When it comes to IPv6 there are a lot of topics that can be discussed. It will change the Internet forever as we know it. IPv4 is the fourth version of protocol using a 32 bit address space whereas IPv6 will be using 128 bits of hexadecimal addressing to allow for drastically more addresses. Currently IPv4 allows roughly 4,294,967,296 possible addresses and with the current allocation practices it limits the number of public address to a few hundred million. In contrast, the 128 bit address space that IPv6 uses can provide roughly 3.4 x 1038 possible addresses. The sheer size of the IPv6 address allows for the subdividing of the address into a hierarchical routing structure that in turn can reflect the current topology of the Internet. This will provide great flexibility for the addressing and routing in the future where the IPv4 obviously lacks in comparison. It would hard to imagine a world where we do have anymore Internet addresses to go around. This should hopefully solve that problem, at least for a while to come.…

When there was no available wood, these chunks were used as fuel in a fire and would explode soon after heating up. These primitive explosives then became an important part of Chinese culture and were used in many different public displays.
