Being a Good Person How can people make the life of others better? This is an important question that everybody has to ask themselves. However, not everyone can to answer it. It sounds easy, but it is not. Mahatma Gandhi said, “You must be the change you want to see in the world.” This phrase is the beginning of many changes in their attitudes. For example, some people donate organs, other people work as volunteers in natural disasters, and others opt to donate relief aid to children or seniors in natural disasters or holidays. Donating organs is not a necessity. It is an obligation. When people donate organs, they are giving a dream of life. This dream is not only for the receptor. It is for the whole family. Donating organs is an action that can make the life of other people better. Their hearts, kidneys, pancreas, and livers can help to save lives. When the receptors are children, they may have the possibility of making their dreams come true. Donating organs is a great act to prove, teach, and show solidarity. Both families will have the benefit because the receptor will save their lives. On other hand, the family of the donor will have a part of them inside the other person. This will be comforting for the donor’s family. Another option to make the life of other people better is working as volunteers in natural disasters. To volunteer is a great job because they are working, not for the pay, the experience, or any other reason. They are working to save lives. This action can be the difference in life because people can be survivors or lose their lives. For example, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and other natural disasters cause many disasters in countries, cities, and towns. Of course, after all these disasters, there are people who work as volunteers trying to save lives. This is the perfect moment to make a difference in somebody’s life. If they act as soon as possible to help people, they will have the possibilities to save
