What is healthy? When some people think of healthy, they automatically assume exercise and eating right. There are so much other factors that they have to consider. The factors that they considered are the most generic answers that people say. Mental stability is one of the most important factors when they are being healthy because it provides balance for all other aspects of health.
Mental stability deals with the brain; how they use it will be completely up to them and them decision. They control what they think is best for them. Mental stability would not be an answer when thinking about what it means to be healthy, but when people think about it, how they think and interpret everything with theirr brain can be effected. Mental stability can mean having balance in their life, like work and school or rest and activity. A sense of balance can relieve anxiety issues. “Researchers found that a simple course of treatment for balance problems in a group of children also relieved their anxiety issues,” (Grohol). When some people read something like that, they think about it and how it connects with balance in your life. Some people will say, having a sense of balance doesn't have anything to do with their mental health. If people don't have balance in their life, they're going to be stressing about everything and trying to get it done. Once they have a sense of balance, try maintaining it because it will help them when they're getting stressed by an essay or project that is due soon. A sense of balance keeps others from working too hard and they will know when it is time to stop. They know they're doing too much when they just snap at someone for no apparent reason. Thats telling them they don't have enough balance between school work and resting. Resting helps them relax their brain and body. Having a sense of balance makes sure that they will relax and have fun but also helps...
