Being A Pediatric Nurse Essay

A mother and father come in with her 15 year old son named Tatum. He requires a physical every year to play football and baseball.They believe that that the HPV vaccine that Tatum took earlier in the year, maybe causing him to have seizures. Tatum’s past medical history is fine, nothing has been seen in his blood or found when he went to the hospital.Tatum passes his sports physical, lung sounds normal, eyesight is good, growing well, everything seems normal. His abdomen is not rigid or tender, vital signs were normal when taken. The doctor is going to have to run more test and see what comes up in the lab work.
