The behavior I want to change is the way I study before the test in one night.
I want to decrease this wrong behavior that is causing me problems in my studies and psychology. I had a plan worked out to change this wrong behavior. Once a week before any test I have to study and write a summary of each lesson and read from the book. The conditions that you take to be committed to my plan in the study before the test. The first step you have made to change the faulty behavior is the shaping: By changing my erroneous behavior step by step where I made a weekly plan for each subject. so that I could change easily ,so that I could approach the new behavior that I wanted to take along the length of my studies. I used the reinforcement behavior because it is the way that motivates me to reach my goal of changing my sexual behavior in a way that pleases me. Because I do not like the punishment for myself because I am adult. I used the bonus method because it is the way that will motivate me to get rid of the wrong behavior I want to get rid of
