Becoming A Firefighter
INTRODUCTION: Becoming a firefighter can be a challenge do to qualifications of being a firefighter. Mental and Physical demands and and the need to be prepared for anything. research question explained / tell a story to introduce topic- When I was little, my mom would take me to the fire station to visit my dad because we missed him or we wanted to explore by climbing on the fire trucks. I wanted to see what it would feel to have a job being a firefighter. Now in the presence, my mom still takes us to visit my dad even when the fire department celebrates holidays, bringing their kids to see Santa Clause climb down the fire truck and open presents.

That means you have to eat healthy foods, exercise frequently and strong enough to use many tools to drill in many car doors that are too compacted together and can’t lift it. you have to be able to carry a person out of a burning building that is unable to walk or get out. 2 Qualifications- According to “Columbus of Fire, Division of Fire”. to be qualified to become a firefighter you have to have a driver’s license, 17 ½ of time of the application, 18 years old of being hired, high school diploma or GED at time of appointment (either took the GED or home schooled), U.S. Citizen. Every employee that is a firefighter have benefits of health and life insurance,paid vacations, sick leave, paid holidays and others that include their plan in the job.
3 Also According to “CollegeGrad.com” You need to be focused as possible to know that you know what is happening at the scene. Firefighters have to remain on call, when they’re eating, sleeping for their regular shifts for the next 24

While doing their duties, they need to clean and maintain equipment and uniforms everyday. They have to rescue people from burning buildings, filling out the reports of the accidents and conducting drills and physical training.
2 According to “firerescue1.com”, firefighter members are told of a safety program they have to follow and safety rules so no one gets hurt. Firefighters have to address any issues if any activity of another member is not doing what they are told to do.
3 According to “FireRescueMagazine.com” Many firefighters work twice as hard at their job to show that they really care for their city and willing to save lives. They want to show others that they would inspire others to achieve their goals and direct the efforts of the management of being a firefighter.
