Beautiful Creatures Movie And Book Comparison

Many books have been made into movies. Although we may have enjoyed the book, we may not enjoy the movie. One book that was made into a movie recently and had many things different in them is Beautiful Creatures. There are three main things that are different throughout the story in the movie compared to the book. One thing that was different was the characters or cast. Then another thing that stood out the most was the friendship and chemistry between Lena and Ethan. The last thing that is different and completely changes the plot is the ending. Books can be different from movies and this one is truly the most different of them all. Picking characters is a hard thing to do when making a book, but picking cast for a movie is even harder. While reading a book your imagination starts to get a brief idea of what the character would look like. Lena, one of the main characters is played by a very gorgeous and sweet girl. In the book it
Lena also has a necklace that she wears throughout the story, filled with charms from her past. In the movie they only show this necklace once, which takes away many parts were things happen because of the necklace. Ethan, another main character is a young man that is not that popular in school. In the movie though he is a jock and overly popular, which causes more conflict. Ethan’s father in the book was mentioned a lot, but he stayed isolated because of his wives death. Since Ethan does not have a great fatherly figure in his life he always having nightmares and is very emotional. In the movie the father of Ethan’s is never mentioned or seen the whole time. Then there is a lady that is one person, but can change into two different people.
