(2011, p.199), “CSR is defined as a concept where the organization shows more interests towards the society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities including stakeholders, customer, environment.etc.” It states that the company focuses more in the wellbeing of other than it is required in economic and legal point of view. However, there might be the case that the employees are not interested in the CSR activities of the company and the changes will not be seen. Therefore, the result will be vice versa and more investment is required in order to ensure corporate responsibility being held than generated.
