The writer agrees with your synopsis of the BCS, Inc. Interconnectedness Role Play. However, with the past success of the company, the viewer is led to believe that the CEO and individuals in other management positions communicated throughout the company. Even more so, the viewer is left to read between the lines after seeing the CEO speak to the vice presidents of each department individually. In the end, the viewer concluded the company’s demise due to the lack of communication. Agreeably, companies and organizations should plan meetings in order to communicate and share pertinent information for each department to create accountability and foster success.
