A major example of leadership was displayed during the Battle of Agincourt in 1415 by King Henry V, resulting in both successful and unsuccessful actions. The Battle of Agincourt is one battle in a series of confrontations between the French and English. This series of confrontations was also known as the Hundred Years’ War, from 1337-1453. The English were victorious in this particular battle, fought on October 25, 1415 in France. King Henry V wanted to regain territories that had been taken by the French.
