Event Planner – Michael West
Adira is the wife and mother of the guests of honor and is also working with the event planner to make sure this is a very special occasion for both. Her goals are to make sure the guests of honor have a great time, all the big and small details are not forgotten and that she gets the best bang for her buck. Even though money is not a concern, she still does not want to be taken for. By working closely with the event planner and giving as much detail as possible for the planner to work with, the attention to everything will be much easier. Adira will need to make sure the event planner is clearing all major expenses with her and providing and ongoing expense report.
Tobias and Carmela, the guests of honor have one main goal in mind and that is to have a great time. This will be easy for them because everything will be taken care of. One other goal is to make sure the other guests are having a good time. The event may be about Carmela and Tobias, but it is important to make sure the other guests feel welcomed and appreciated. By formally greeting each and every one, this will go a long way to achieving this goal.
The goal of the guests is to also have a great time, and likewise show appreciation and thanks for being invited to a special event such as this. The guests can show their appreciation by giving cards and gifts to the guest of honor.
The event planner is also a big stakeholder in this, Michael’s reputation going forward will depend a lot on how everything goes for this event. His goals are to make sure that all of the stakeholders are pleased with
