Basketball Game Analysis
This week’s athlete of the week goes to Corin Carroll who is the starting point guard for the girl’s varsity basketball team. Corin has been the starting point guard since sophomore year. I asked Corin what games that she looked forward to season, she replied “I would have to say Mayor's cup and our game against Herculaneum, which would decide if we are conference champs.” I then asked her what her personal goals were for the season and then what their team goals were. For her personal goals she replied “Have less turnovers this year.” As for the team goals, she said “To win Conference and Districts and also to be over 500 this year.”
