P3: Discuss the Terminology used in personal career development.
1. Career: Individual's series of jobs & perception & meanings of their experiences.
2. Career development plan: a Road Map from choosing an occupatio to become employed in a defined occupation.
3. Employability: Ability to get another job based on employment you had. This does not assure your skills & knowledge will be in demand or you will be offered.
4. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Capabilities allowwing to do a particular type of work:
a. Skills: using Excel software
b. Knowledge: of the larger human context, how environmental factors influence how you do your work.
c. Experience: the prime way mid-career workers learn about a situation, how can apply their knowledge & skills.

P4: Discuss the Steps involved in personal career development.
1. Identifying where you are now: 1st step
Planning where you has to identify what are your strengths & weaknesses.
a. Discovering what traits that best describe you:
Charachterestics, traits & qualities. Some of them are so important that they define you.
b. Finding the values that mean the most to you:
Beliefs, & elements of your life that are most important to you.
2. Identifiyng where you want to be or need to be: 2nd step
Identify what skills needed to get to the next level.
3. Coming up with a plan that will fill the gaps: 3rd/final step "most important"
Identify the resources, & come-up with an action plan; to overcome the weaknesses.

P6: Explain the Purpose of Labour law.
1. Organizes the relationship between Trade Unions, employers, & employees.
2. It puts rights & obligations of the worker & the employer through the career.
3. It looks at structures to ensure a stable work environment for employees & employers.
4. We can refer to it to solve confilicts/problems between employees & emloyers.
