THE GOOD: Baron 3 Gardens offers spacious units ranging from one bedroom to two bedroom types and upper and lower penthouses which come with a balcony and a utility room. It is a low density condominium with six units per floor. At the roofdeck are the amenities which can be enjoyed together with a panoramic view at the function room and viewing deck floored with artificial grass, high-walled swimming pool, gym, yoga room, and smoking area. It also holds a spacious receiving area with furniture sets.

THE BAD: Baron 3 Gardens has lax security, with one security guard positioned at its entrance. There are no roving guards visible in other areas. The lobby has no receptionist and no seats for waiting guests. The gym is relatively small for the development. Guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

THE VERDICT: Home seekers looking for a living space in a tranquil neighborhood within easy access to different cities in the metro may want to consider Baron 3 Gardens. Its location in San Juan is favorable for peaceful city living because it is surrounded by residential townhouses. Vehicular traffic is also light on the road alongside it. Each unit has four stories with seven rooms and a two car garage. The main area that consists of the living room, dining room, and kitchen are located at the second floor. Also on this floor is where the common area is located. A walking trail adorned by greeneries such as Chinese bamboos, grass, and decorative plants with a table set and stone benches.
