1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Khetho’s Meating Place (hereinafter referred to as Khetho’s) - unlike a typical braai place will provide a unique combination of excellent braaied meat at value pricing with a fun and entertaining atmosphere. Khetho’s is an answer to an increasing demand for a social spot for young adults.

Our goal is to be a step ahead of our competition through an exemplary service provision. We expect our guests to have more fun during their leisure time. A simple, yet unique venue and atmosphere will create a sense of belonging for locals and tourists alike.

Our operating principle is: “Happy enthusiastic employees create happy enthusiastic customers”

This plan is prepared to obtain financing for the initial launch of this concept. The financing is required to begin work on:

* Kitchen and braai area design; * Architectural plans; * Site selection; * Equipment purchases and * To cover expenses in the first year of business.

The financing will allow Khetho’s to successfully open and maintain operations through one year. The initial capital investment will allow Khetho’s to provide its customers with a value driven, entertaining braai experience.

2.1 Vision
To be a premier braai place providing a unique and entertaining experience through exceptional service.

2.2 Mission
Khetho’s will strive to be the premier braai place in Klipfontein View. We want our customers to have the total experience when visiting Khetho’s. Not only will our customers receive a great meal, they will also be provided with a fun atmosphere.

Our main focus will be serving quality meat at a great value. Customer satisfaction is paramount. When approached by a customer with a request, our motto will be, “Yes is the answer, what is the question?” Through this we hope to be the braai place of choice for everyone.
