President Barack Obama is a strong leader. He has a good point of view on Americas Education, Taxes, Women’s Rights, and Immigration. This issue piece will explain Obama’s opinion on the 4 issues. Obama is all for education. President Obama successfully fought to prevent federal student loan interest rates from doubling for more than 7 million students. This means students and their families can make decisions about the future, based on career rather than the price of college. President Obama knows that a good teacher can change a student’s life, that’s why he’s supported the jobs of thousands of teachers and wants to keep the best teachers in the classroom. That is President Obama’s view on education.

Obama has a clear view on taxes. No household making more than $1 million each year should pay a smaller amount of their income in taxes than a middle class family pays. President Obama has put forward a specific plan of spending cuts that reduce the deficit by more than $4 trillion over the next decade, including $1 trillion in spending cuts he signed into law last summer. That is President Obama’s view on taxes. Obama believes women are important to. President Obama is putting an end to the health insurance company practice of charging women more than men for the same thing. Thanks to Obamacare, many insurance plans are beginning to fully cover birth control. Obama is going to make sure Women’s Rights are protected. President Obama believes a woman’s health care choices are personal decisions, and best made with her doctor, without any response from politicians. This is Obama’s full view on Women’s Rights. Obama states there is nothing wrong with Immigration. President Obama refuses to give up on the DREAM Act. He believes that young people, who were brought here, should be able to get citizenship through military service or gain a higher education.
