A. Introduction

Manager Kelly of the Law Office of Richard Dwyer wanted to have a System that will allow clients to securely send in their confidential documents and will allow the company to provide a more efficient and reliable services for the clients when clients want to have a reservation for their consultation, they call or sometimes email their concerns. All of those concerns are only handled by the person in charge who is Melissa, and then she will email the specific state where the clients is near , it’s either Texas, California, Utah. Then the specificied if employee I that state will be one who will handle the concern of the client and identify if he/she will allow filing their case. When the clients is allowed to file a case, the specified state will give back the concern to Melissa while Melissa will be the one who will send it to the employees in the Philippines to handle the needed documents for the case and they will notify the clients so that the documents will be completed 3 days before the said hearing. This research focuses on the security of the documents of the company’s clients and on how to ease out the loads of clients signing up of the services. The proponents decided to make the system so that Melissa won’t be able to have a hard time to sort the clients according to their place and overloading email be lessen.

B. Background of the Study
The Law Officers of Richard Dwyer deals with different case about bankruptcy. This case involves Chapter 7, 11, and 13 are for individuals or for couples while Chapter 13 is for a company. The Law Officers is base on California, USA, and was started last December 2012. Their branches are located
