Practical training helps an individual to develop managerial abilities. Thus, training acts as a bridge between theories and actual practice implication. Thus, it helps an individual to know the actual uses and implication of the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom.

It gives me immense pleasure to present this project report. It is of great opportunity for a management student to get broad exposure to the corporate world during training for only one and a half months of period.

I contacted Mr. T. C. Vyas Additional Manager HRD, at Rajkot Nagarik Sahakari Bank., Rajkot. It turned into a reality when I got permission to carry out project at RNSB, Rajkot. And that was going to be a good learning experience for me.
