Volunteers are fully trained in th-e prestigious Balloon Ventures Entrepreneurship Curriculum/ & will use th-ese newly acquired skills & knowledge t/o act as enterprise facilitators. Volunteers will work in small/ cross-cultural teams o/f 2-3 & each team will manage th-eir own caseload o/f entrepreneurs. th-e entrepreneurs will involve both existing businesses & start-ups & will operate across a diverse range o/f sectors. It is th-e responsibility o/f th-e volunteers t/o work hard & create impact in th-e lives & businesses o/f th-eir entrepreneurs. t/o do th-is th-ey must be committed t/o work hard & participate in all th-e requirements o/f th-e programme.
