Section 1 – General Information
1.1 1.1.1 INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS Eligibility Limits
Eligibility is limited to undergraduate students to ensure this is an engineering competition rather than a race. Individual members of teams participating in this competition must satisfy the following requirements:

Student Status
Team members must be enrolled as degree seeking undergraduate student in a college or university. Team members who have already graduated prior to the competition (Feb. 2014) are NOT eligible to participate.

1.1.3

Society Membership
Team members must be members of SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) or an SAE affiliate society. Proof of membership, such as a membership card, is required at the event.

Age
Team members must be 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of the competition.
