SPEECH 1100: Fundamentals of Speech
D, Gemmel, Instructor
Every morning after I stumble up the stairs to the kitchen, I open the fridge to grab some milk. When I close the door, I peer at words of wisdom. My mom typed up a paper with her motivational quotes. The first is, “Relationships matter most in life”. I agree completely with my mom’s words. The relationships with my family, friends, God, and myself have developed who I am today.
My relationships formed in my past, present today, and found in the future are represented by the objects found inside this purse.
BODY OF SPEECH

My family photo album represents the memories and relationships that I have developed with my family over the years. At a young age I was connected with my parents and they shared their love and care with me, which formed me into who I am today. II.
The relationships I have developed with myself through sports are present today.

I have been playing organized sports for 12 years, and over those years I have developed relationships that are present today. I have met the majority of my present day friends through sports. My present relationships with my friends are important to me and make me who I am.
Relationships in my future will have a great impact in my life.
This is an apple. Why an apple?
