Babysitting Issue Analysis
It has taken me sometime to respond to your email due to several concerns. The tax season is a very busy time of the year and it has been stated often that everyone’s attendance is crucial. I know from our meeting yesterday that you have had a babysitting issue and that has a play in the request below. At this time there is still 2weeks out before Feb 22 and 4 weeks out until the March 6-12th time frame. There is a need to find a solution to the unfortunate situation of childcare. Your presence is expected during the working office

The Children and Families Act 2014 covers children and young people who have special educational needs. Section 19 of this act states that the local authority must take careful consideration of the views, wishes, and feelings of the child and their parents. It’s vital that the child and their parents participate as much as possible in any decisions relating to the child’s educational outcome. By providing the parents with all the relevant information and support necessary, enables them to understand the whole process and make informed decisions for the child. This will improve the home-school relationship and allow both parents and school staff to agree on high quality- provisions for the child. The local authority must also ensure that educational…

D5&B1- It is important to phone the placement and check where the placement is and ask for directions if you are not sure, so that you will not get lost and be late to placement, which means also checking what time you have to arrive to placement because parents also make judgements on observations they make briefly, good first impressions reassure them. Also even arrange a pre-visit so then you will know where the placement is ready for whenever you start and discuss the things you need to know. Checking the dress code is very important because you will need to look presentable and be identified as a student and not a staff member. Also checking what equipment you need to bring with you to placement is important so you can carry on with what your expected to do and so that you are organised, also so that you are respected as an individual that cares, hardworking, so may be given extra responsibilities which leads to greater learning and enjoyment in placement. It’s very important you ask who you go to for advice/per-diaries so that you feel confident you can speak to someone when you feel the need to, and get your per-diaries filled out when due to. Plus you will need to find out the policies and procedures, this is very important so that you keep to your boundaries of what you can and can’t do, and anything that is expected of you like safeguarding which should always be taken into consideration if there was a situation…

E1. There are many responsibilities that practitioners have when maintaining professional relationships and one of these is to respect the views of parents and children. One of these responsibilities is to respect the views of parents and children; this is so that both parents and children know that they have a secure relationship with the practitioner but a relationship that stays within the setting which means that practitioners should be friendly but not friends. Another responsibility that practitioners have is to communicate effectively with parents, children and colleagues; this is to ensure that practitioners talk to everyone in a professional and non-judgemental way; this is to also show everyone that they respect that person. Maintaining confidentiality is another responsibility that practitioners have when maintaining professional relationships this is to ensure that no personal or important information gets said to the wrong people and even if you are talking to a parent or a colleague you need to keep some things confidential. One other responsibility that practitioners have when maintaining professional relationships is to ensure that children’s safety is not at risk; this could be something as simple as keeping doors and gates locked and carrying out regular risk assessments to ensure that no children in the setting get hurt. This will also satisfy parents as they know that their child is safe at all times and allows them to communicate effectively with practitioners.…

In an early years setting, it is essential that a practitioner supports the children’s play, learning and development because this will then enable certain learning goals to be achieved in relation to the early year’s foundation stage framework for development. These learning goals that the practitioner will help to support the children develop will have an overall effect on how they are able to learn and behave later in life. Also, by the practitioner helping to support each child, any disabilities (physical or mental) will be noticed and supported much earlier on in the child’s life which will make things easier for them as they will have a stronger support system put in place.…

When it comes down to choosing the best childcare option for your child, the first factor that most parents look at is: what that particular child needs. Now, there is nothing wrong with that, but there are a number of factors that needs to be considered prior to making that final choice. The decision of whether to send your child to a commercial daycare center or an in-home family childcare should depend on more than just the need of the child. Parents need to also consider environment, cost, certification, daily schedules, and provider to child ratios.…

My chosen Professional that works with children is a counsellor. This is a type of therapy in which a child may speak to an adult in confidence. A counsellor is trained to listen and try to encourage the patient to do better in that certain area. Counselling helps to overcome a traumatic experience or helps the child think in a better frame of mind, although the counsellor will not give the patient advice; but will make the patient think of ways to help the situation themselves. Counselling helps a person talk about how they are feeling when facing a new task or situation. The counsellor will speak to the patient and help them figure out why they are thinking that way. A counsellor may encourage the patient to have an understanding of a situation and take personal responsibility. Counsellors will talk about the patient and allow the patient to express their true feelings without judging or criticizing them. There are many different types of counsellor, for example;…
