Baby Boomers Research Paper
Baby Boomers is term that use for the people who was born in the Baby Boom between 1940 and 1960 after World War II.They have often found difficult ways to manage their time and money due to their parents live more and their children want the best education. Nowadays their retirement is revolutionizing, because for them retirement is meaning to find a different job. According to Market Institute a half of baby boomer had already completely retired.The other half are looking for a job they can really enjoy, and also earn good money.

An idea that really for work for those who want to still working is creating a place for nursing, pediatricians, family and general, and preschool for children. These jobs are very desire and growing fields for baby boomers. In this place will offer a wonderful way to treat health problems for all ages people. Nurses will diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population, more over we will give a great children education. We will adopt a regular education program based on preschool from 3 to 5 years old, but we will emphasize at the teaching of values. Due to the long experience of baby boomers this program would be an excellent way to teach children from early ages what the values are and how to develop them for example, respect,gratitude, generosity and honesty. Also the knowledge of baby boomers in basic learning will make an ideal education. …show more content…
