BENDER MOTOR STORT Task
According to the academic achievement assessment, Trey is functioning at a first grade level for math computation. His word reading skills and spelling skills are at a kindergarten level. Trey's sentence comprehension is at a less than kindergarten level.

BENDER VISUAL-MOTOR GESTALT TEST is a psychodiagnostic device designed to assess organic and functional problems. Trey completed The Bender Visual-Motor Gestalt Test. The Koppitz assessment method was used for scoring this test.

Trey had 10 years of this test, placing him at an age equivalency of. 5.6 to 5.8 years. His current score suggests a slight lag in his visual integration skills. There were no emotional indicators noted on this test.

THE CONNER'S CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE TEST 2ND EDITION (CPT-2) was administered in order to gain information about characteristics related to symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Trey completed The Conner’s Continuous Performance Test 2nd Edition (CPT-2).

Trey displayed more variability in response speed and displayed more of the reduction in response speed at the longer inter-stimulus intervals.

Overall, Trey has a total of seven atypical T-scores, which is associated with a higher likelihood of having a disorder characterized by attention deficits, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Trey's profile of scores response patterns indicate that he may have issues related to inattentiveness (Strong Indication), Impulsivity (Strong Indication), and Poor Vigilance (Some Indication).
