INTRODUCTION

1.1 STUDY BACKGROUND

University Technology Mara (UiTM) Machang, is the 9th branch campus of UiTM be the beginning on 1st July 1985 by YAB Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Mohamad bin Yaacob. The campus for begin at Kem Kijang 8 kilomer from Kota Baharu. Campus UiTM Machang is beginning on 1st January 1996. UiTm Machang offer four programs for degree and ten for Diploma. They have four faculty programs, which is Faculty Sciences Computer and Mathematics, Faculty Account, Faculty Art & Design, and Faculty Business Management. At Campus Machang student degree of Statistics only for part 1 and 2, another part will transfer at Campus Kota Bharu.
