I read the book Awake Natasha Preston. This book displayed many settings, Scarlett’s school, Scarlett's house, Noah’s house, and Ireland. This story is narrated between the two main characters noah and scarlett, this point of view is first person. The book awake displays a theme of love, it shows that love can’t be stopped if it’s meant to be. This book is about a young girl and boy who meet at school and they fall in love. Scarlett gets in an accident about a month into Noah and Scarlett's relationship, once Scarlett woke up she began to remember things from her past. When she starts to remember her parents immediately begin to try and keep stuff from her. Then scarlette became frustrated and decided to go on a trip With noah to Ireland. Scarlett

    In the beginning of the book, Mikayla believes she has everything she needs and when she turns 18 her life will be complete. Mikayla is very rebellious against her parents and does not have a positive relationship with them. One night when Mikayla sneaks out to meet her boyfriend Dylan they end up having un-protected sex, this mistake lead to another, Mikayla soon finds out she is pregnant. When she decides to keep the baby, Dylan breaks up with her and starts dating his ex-girlfriend Kristy. When Mikayla starts to lose all hope and starts considering giving up her baby, Hopkins supplies evidence by stating “Today, I am a loser. Lost friends. Lost boyfriend. Declining grades.
