During difficult times, I am able to incorporate what I have learned in Avid and become readily prepared to encounter any academic challenge that comes my way. This encourages me to strive towards the ultimate level of success and manage my time wisely in order to ensure these achievements. Avid has helped me overcome my academic challenges by increasing my ability to comprehend, organize properly, and be able to develop effective test taking skills. Everybody has those certain things that they would never do for certain reasons. My three things I wouldn’t ever in my life do are go skydiving, take somebody’s life, and have no future for myself or in other words be a nobody. I have my reasons to justify why I would never do these things with personal experience and with examples from the internet or just stories I’ve heard. Avid Radiopharmaceuticals Main issue: Should Avid seek venture debt financing? My suggestion: Pursue on the venture debt, specifically, take the offer from Orlando Capital. To Avis Radiopharmaceuticals, taking on a venture debt primarily means to extend the runway by five (Exhibit 10) to eight months and gains more time as well as more ability to the next round of clinical trials with AV-45 and AV-133 before a Series D financing in 1Q2009. I didn’t really see that in High School my freshman and sophomore year. I saw it like the rest of the “party animal’’ students did in middle school. Instead of staying home…
