Autism Case Report Examples

PER REPORTER: Sara said she is making a report because every day her stepchildren (Logan, Kal’el, and Ruby) are disclosing her allegations which occurred while they were in Mississippi visiting with their mother (Kimberly). She said she is not exactly sure where Kimberly lives because she told her and the children’s father (Damion) she lived with her mother. However, Sara said the children told her their mother stays in another home and not with their grandmother. She said she has reported some of the following allegations to Clara McKinley who works for Jones County Sheriff’s Department and the police report number is 2017-020945. She mentioned that when the officer went out to the address they were told Kimberly was living with her mother
However, Sara said when Damion confronted Kimberly about the allegations she tried to minimize the situation by saying it was a miss understanding. She said Kimberly told her she was around when Nathan hit Logan and they talked it out together, but she said the children said their mother was not present. Sara said there has been a court which states Nathan is not to be left with the children alone. She mentioned that they believe Logan has Autism but is not really for sure she said he is different and sensitive. She said the children have been back at home in California for a month now and are going to see a counselor by the name of (Gina) who has told them the visit to Mississippi was traumatic for the children. She also mentioned that the children said while they were in the car with Kimberly and Nathan they said Nathan kept yelling at their mother and snatched her glasses off and threw them out the window. She said to her understanding all of the children are afraid of Nathan because of his behavior. She said the children also reported while in the car Logan had on black nail polish and Nathan stopped and got nail remover and painfully took it off the child’s
Sara said Damion confronted Kimberly about what she said to Logan a few days later and she called Logan a liar resulting in Kal’el and Ruby coming into the room and telling Kimberly she did say those things to Logan. According to Kal’el, Logan, and Ruby, while they were with their mother and Nathan it seemed as if Nathan went out his way to be mean to Logan by calling him stupid. They said their mother and Nathan told them they could only call their father on Tuesdays and Fridays. They also said Nathan and their mother told them they had to stay in Mississippi with them because their father was not going to pick them up. Logan said while he was there his mother and Nathan dropped him off at the curb by his grandmother’s house and left before he got in the house. Logan said he knocked on the door and no one ever came to the door until a neighbor across the street knocked on the door for the child.
