Author Job Analysis
The official title of a writer is an author. Authors write novels, advertisements, scripts, and any other written piece. There are many skills needed to be an author, these skills are needed to be an author, these skills are needed to fulfill their responsibilities. Authors also need some training and education. There are plenty of jobs available, and the amount of money authors receive is decent. Being an author is not easy and takes a lot of work, but many authors say once they finish a task they feel proud. Authors need many skills to fulfill their responsibilities. In May of 2014 there were about 136,500 jobs available nationally. The salary for being an author is decent. In May of 2015, the median annual pay was $60,250. With more experience, authors can earn more than $114,530. This is very important information for people who want to become an author. There are a lot of interesting things about being an author. Many authors say being an author is very difficult. They say this because when you are an author, you have to spend a lot of time writing, and authors have to meet deadlines. Authors also say is it very hard to have an original idea, and it may even take more than a year to write a book. Although authors say it is difficult to be a writer, they also say that in the end it is worth all of the hard work. I chose this career for the Forbuss Wax Museum for many reasons. One reason is that I have always loved to read. Another reason is that whenever I read a book, the book inspires me to do certain things.
