Aura America is an initiative to raise awareness for people living with epilepsy. We:
Support research to improve the lives of those living with seizures
Offer ways for you to get involved and inform others
Donate profits from our online sales and campaigns to promote epilepsy awareness
Provide information, including first aid for seizures, for the community

Who founded Aura America?

Aura America started in 2016, soon after its founder, Maxwell Roth, was diagnosed with a rare seizure disorder at the Cleveland Clinic Epilepsy Center. Maxwell had his first grand mal seizure (tonic-clonic seizure) at age 16 but spend nearly a decade seeking a diagnosis for his unusual symptoms. Where do Aura America’s profits go?

Knowing where to give is a decision we take seriously. We want to ensure your money has the biggest impact to help those living with epilepsy. Right now, we are looking into different organizations and testing different ways to reallocate our profits to benefit epilepsy awareness and research. We also use a small portion for administrative costs, such as Aura America’s website hosting and maintenance. Feel free to check back as we post more details.
