Auditory Learning
The first quiz I took was what is my learning style and I got auditory. I was very surprised that I got this as my result. I have always thought of myself as a visual learner. My score for auditory and visual we very close. Auditory learning was scored at 40 percent and visual was scored at 35 percent. I still view myself as a visual learner, but this quiz made me realize I also like to listen to lectures and hearing something a teacher says helps me understand. For the study habits quiz, my most efficient study habits are being somewhere quiet, being organized, and studying days before tests instead of the night before. I could definitely work on things like studying every day and taking practice tests. I really did not know how to study efficiently

Before taking the Learning style Quiz I would have told you that I was a visual learner. I am better with written instructions more than I am with verbal. I love when I receive handouts and diagrams. After taking this quiz I have learned that I am more of a kinesthetic learner. I always have to be hands on and doing something. What I mean by this is when I am studying I am either moving in my chair or I am using my finger as a reading guide. I always thought that it was just my ADHD that made me do this but now I have learned that it is a way of learning.…

I have held myself to much higher standards and try wholeheartedly to stick to my regiment. Though at the beginning my grade in the class is not where I want it to be, it has improved. This is all due to do the study habits I have come up with. During this process, I have tried many different study techniques to see what works best, and I have discovered that making Quizlet flashcards works best for me. Also, the more I go through the deck, the better it sticks in my memory and I learn the material. This technique works best when I study for lab exams, because I am able to add pictures and mimic what the actual test will look like.
