Atomic Weapon Testing On Bikini

The US atomic weapon testing on Bikini did not help the betterment of mankind because of the radiation. The radiation produced by the bomb killed many from overexposure to radiation, disease caused by radiation, on the consumption of irradiated food and water. Still today people are being effected from the bomb testing that happened in the early 1900s. Irradiated people that had babies could have babies that have birth defects or are stillborn. So this shows that the atomic weapon testing, conducted by the US, was not for the betterment of mankind, it was conducted so the US could see the outcome and what would happen to their ships and land.
