Strategic: Procedure is consistently clear about the association's destinations, knowing the association assets and reacting to the evolving environment. it an arrangement or set of choice about what the association can do, why they do it and how they do it, ( shied, 2011) is also a Choices or arrangements intended to effect positively the key elements on which the sought result of an association, amusement, framework, wander, or war, depends.
