A Quiet Hero Executive summary
This paper examines the importance of effective leadership in organizational management and analyzes leadership style and behavior based on many theoretical perspectives. This is a profound analysis illustrated by a real person who performs various leadership characteristics very successfully. The paper first discusses about the person’s background and where the leadership takes place. Then it evaluates the person’s leadership style as a transformational leader in her career, providing both inherent and contingent traits that make her become a successful leader. The paper also analyzes how an effective leader should make use of different sources of power in an appropriate and wise way. The conclusion at the end is to reinstate main points of the whole paper.
