Maintain a standard whereby, everyone will be able to follow and provide the customer with standardized quality end-product.
The present employees as well as any new employee will be able to perform their jobs properly thereby, facilitating consistency in the quality and integrity of the work carried till end result.
Minimizes variation and promotes quality through consistent implementation of a process or procedure within the organization, even if there are temporary or permanent personal changes
