When I witness my supervisor sign the name of the Program Manager on an important financial document that must go to Corporate Headquarters for approval and he tells me that he has authority to sign the Program Manager’s signature. I will consult with my co-worker about my supervisor’s action. After that, I will check with ethical guidelines and code of conduct in my company about my supervisor’s action. If my supervisor’s action is not right, I will consult with him about his action was not right. If he signs his name under the Program Manager, it will be influenced to the company.
