Assignment 15-1: Quiz Analysis
Quiz Reflection 15-1 My true and false answers were about equal. I have about thirteen true answers and eleven false answers. Changing myself is going to take a lot of time and effort. I know that I need to learn to be less shy and to speak my mind. For example, I am trying to figure out how to quit my second job because I know I am working too hard, but I don’t want to leave the restaurant shorthanded. Another thing I know I need to work on is expressing my feelings. I hate being the center of attention so I usually don’t show my feelings so people won’t pay attention to me. Out of all of these I think I need to tackle being shy first. I need to branch out more. I have already started with the new job at FDLE by trying to talk to the people up there more.

There were ten statements and I put generally agree to all of the statements. I have mentored before in an elementary school. I would go in once a week and read to the kids or talk to them or something along those lines. They were always excited when I came and wanted me to give each of them undivided attention. Other than that I have never really been a mentor of any kind. It isn’t because I didn’t want to, but I was worried I wouldn’t be a good mentor and I’d accidentally steer the person I am mentoring
