Increasing risk of manual handling will lead to server back injury over a period of time. WRULD, fatigue.
Carry out manual handling risk assessment

Provide team mechanical lifting aids.

Provide forklift truck to bring heavy rocks near to the site

2-Workers were picking up the cement filled baskets in stooping position from cement mixer during concrete work. Hazard of ergonomics.
Possible risk of back pain and lower back injury over a period of time.
Provide stands under cement mixer to help workers avoid stooping while lifting

Arrange conveyor lifting for concrete pouring.
Arrange concrete pouring machine

3- Worker was seen using hand drill on a side wall at nearly 4 m height at work platform without guard rail and toe boards possible falling of person and falling height.

Risk of serious injury and fines as result of enforcement action
Stop the work, provide full body harness
