Ashely Pickens: A Case Study
A young lady by the name of Ashely Pickens, came into the office around 7:40 pm, claiming she is assingned to stay here in the summer, but she has the date messed up and came in a day earlier. I spoke to Jenai on the pro-staff cell phone and she told me to signed her in if the room is ready, but she will have to pay a $30 fee. I am emailing you, to notify you of what took place.
