Task Report
April 15 to April 19
During our first day of On the Job Training here in Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) I am so nervous because I didn’t know what expression I may have from them. And during our first day we have our orientation and we designate in different division. I was assigned in Beneficiaries Development and Coordination Division (BDCD). I was introduced to Sir Franlin Maunes as he is the one who supervised me for about five weeks.

And on the fifth day we are introduced to Ms. Cynthia E. Lapid the Head of Department of Agrarian Reform or what they call them as PARO or Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer.

April 22 to April 26
This is my second week on my OJT, with my certain amount knowledge about computers I help them to erase virus on their Personal Computer because their data are being depleted by virus. I also encode document for every time they needed document it’s easy for them to find it. And one of this week we attended meeting with PARO Cynthia about their yearly report about status of ARB’s or Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and Non ARB’s. They also report 2013 – 2014 plans to ARB’s.
April 29 to May 3 On the Third Week of OJT here in DAR I feel comfortable working with all the employees here in our division because all of them are very kind. On this week just like what I did with first and second week I encode data. One data that I encoded is the Projected Training for their activity next month. This is about their Training on Agrarian Reform Officer on different Cooperatives. I listed Agrarian Reform Cooperatives and their List of Officer who attended and not yet attended on different training mandated by RA. 9520 to identify how many participants are there and for them to

Assignment 5 (30 points) 1. (5 points) Compute the longitudinal and transverse stiffness E1, E2 of an S-glass epoxylamina for a fiber volume fraction Vf = 0.7, using the properties from attached Tables. 2. (5 points) Plot the longitudinal stiffness E1 of an E-glass/nylon unidirectionally reinforced composite, as a function of the volume fraction Vf of fiber. Use the properties from attached Tables. 3. (5 points) Plot the longitudinal tensile strength of an E-glass/epoxy unidirectionallyreinforced composite, as a function of the volume fraction of fiber, assuming tensile strength follows a volume rule of additivity. Use the properties from attached Tables. 4. (5 points) What is the maximum volume fraction of spherical fillers that could be obtained in the particle-reinforced composite assuming cubic packing? Please show the step. 5. (4 points) Using the Takayanagi model and assuming uniform strain in the matrix, derive a relationship for the transverse, tensile compliance of a unidirectionally-reinforced composite. 6. (6 points) Two test specimens have the same Young’s modulus in tension. However, one of the specimens is homogeneous while the other one has two layers with one layer stiffer than other layer. How will the flexural modulus of the two specimens differ? Explain. (Hint, use Parallel and Series model to calculate the modulus to compare them. Assume the modulus of stiff material is 1X109MPa as and the modulus of soft material is 1X108 , and the volume fraction of each one is 0.5) Properties will be used for solving above problems: The modulus of S-glass is 85.5 GPa, the modulus of E-glass is 72.4 GPa, the modulus of Epoxy is 3.5 GPa and the modulus of polyamide (nylon) is 3.0 GPa. The tensile break strength of E-glass is 2.4 GPa and that of epoxy is 45 MPa. The break strain for E-glass and epoxy is 2.6% and 1.28%, respectively.…

Although most people dismiss zombies as purely fictional, the possibility that they will happen is still conceivable and luckily the required preparation for the zombocalyspe works across disaster lines. The human race seems to always bounce back and prosper from disease and disasters. However, zombies are not just any plague, they are depicted as an unstoppable epidemic which could cause mass extinction. Imagine a world, in which the dead rose and society crumbled. If created, the mind altering, reanimating, and sacrilegious plague known as zombies can devour loved ones.…

MacPherson Refrigeration Limited (MRL) is a Canadian company specialized in commercial refridgeration. They were established 30 years ago and currenly have sales of about $28.5 million. Ten years ago they opened a new 300,000 square foot plant in Stratford, Ontario to difersify into consumer refrigeration. Linda Metzler has recently been appointed as its planning manager. She has been asked to submit an production plan for the next calender year. Each year MRL’s marketing and sales department produces a forcast of appliances by month for the next year, which the production planning department uses to plan production. The first step in the planning process is to construct an aggregate production plan, which consists of the planned gross production by month for the year but does not indicate numbers of specific appliace types, sizes or models to be made each month but is an aggregate as each type of appliance requires roughly similar materials and labour resouces. As the production periods approach later in the year, master production plans will be formulated which would be specific regarding appliance type, model number etc.…

    1. William Faulkner brings this game to life to many people that have only seen it on television by using metaphors which relate it to other ideas that people may be more likely to have knowledge about which could help them envision it and feel as if the reader is actually there. An example of how he uses metaphors is how he compares the motion and speed of the game to “the frantic darting of the weightless bugs which run of the surface of stagnant pools” and then to “a kind of kaleidoscopic whirl like a child’s toy”. What can I say about my experience in SPES this year? I got shocked when I knew that I was assigned in Mayor’s Office because I wasn’t expecting but it has something to do with my course. I already expected that when we say Mayor’s office the first thing that was expected was this is the busiest office in the whole office of the Government of Malabon because it is the center of all the transactions in the City of Malabon concerning the welfare of our co-Malabonian. Mayor’s Office staffs were saying that we are lucky because we were assigned in the month of Malabon day. In our first day we did make some bandiritas that put inside of the amphitheater for the celebration of Malabon day. The next day, we make pabitin and palayok that requested by different barangays. I learned to socialize to different kind of people that enters and leave the Mayor’s office. Some of them are in needs in terms of medical assistance, financial assistance, educational assistance, etc. I also learned to use Xerox and Fax machines and answer telephone calls. There are some days that we go to different barangays to help in assisting people in Kalingang Malabonian wherein Mayor reach different barangays to help in their prior needs. Sometimes I was assigned in HEWCC to sort files and documents or being assigned in Pagamutang Bayan ng Malabon to help med.techs and assist students that undergo drug testing. Those last days of our summer in cityhall are spent in repacking bags for BalikEskwela 2015 and calling different schools for delivery of the said bags. Because of this experience, I opened my mind to support different activities and programs to be headed of our Hon. Antolin A. Oreta III that giving Malabonians a better kind of living. Staffs and all people in Mayor’s office were very kind and have a warm welcome to all the people that enters the office. They are also dedicated and know they’re responsibilities inside the office, regardless of mountains of work they never forget to smile…
