PROVIDE AN OVERVIEW OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS FOR THIS ROLE. Client Services
Provision of specialised support to clients which focuses on individual identified needs and goals: Providing referrals, advocacy and information to enable clients to make informed decisions and choices. Work collaboratively with clients to develop flexible strategies to assist them to achieve their goals. Administration and Documentation
Assist in the development and facilitation of relevant programs (including life skills) which promote independence and improve living skills of clients. Maintenance of client case plans and recording of relevant statistical data as required. Provide general administrative support
Communication and Teamwork
The ability to be flexible and responsive to meet the needs of the client/s, and the care team. The ability to demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with values of trust and respect. Attend relevant training to enhance skills development as directed.
Providing clear key responsibilities and obligations is part of any workplace policy and procedures set out in the organisation’s manual. Employees need to know what their roles are and what that role requires. When everyone knows their position the organisation can run at its best and that the clients are given the best care available to them. It also ensures that the agency is seen as professional run and will enable clients to feel safe in a trusted environment.
