Our group performed a Monte Carlo simulation (attached spreadsheet).
We have taken into consideration the data of all studios provided in Exhibit 7.
We have assumed that the sequel production and success of the sequel is spread evenly across all the studios.
We assume that the past data reflects the future probabilities of sequel production and success of movies.
We are making an important assumption that the studio will have retained interest in producing a sequel after Arundel Partners have bought the rights.

Delaware County, Indiana is home to 117,074 people according to the United States census. The county is home to the eleventh largest city in the state of Indiana and the third largest university in the state. With the area having such a large footprint on the rest of the state, the next part to understand is how Delaware County became what it is today. The lasting impacts the community has had on millions of people throughout the last 200 years have been thanks in part to a massive expansion in population, infrastructure, and industry. Those expansions started with a boom of the economy in the middle to late 1800s due to the discovery of natural gas in east central Indiana. Starting with the way of life before that discovery, the Delaware County region expanded because of multiple people and industries and now enjoys many successes even years after the gas boom. The gas boom in Delaware County not only affected the area immediately in a positive way, but it also impacted the area in the long run that still to this day affect the way of life in a positive manner.…

The Virginia Plan, drafted by James Madison and proposed at the Constitutional Convention by Edmund Randolph, was to install a national government with a bicameral legislature and was to be comprised by representative that held seats, in the new congress, in proportion to each states population. After the delegates at convention accepted the Virginia Plan as a basis to build on the national government, debate quickly arose against the share of distributed legislative power the northern states would have over the southern states to make national policy. This was due to the northern states having much larger populations than those of the south, but since the southern states had amassed a large number of slaves, it was believed that the southern representation in congress should also include the slave population. The northern states were opposed to this idea given that slaves were generally…

I the case of this argument it is not reasonable to believe premise B. Although there are some sequels being made from other movies and content that is not a cause for movie titles in general to increase in size. In April of 1992, a movie industry analyst name Mr. David Davis of Paul Kegan Associates, Inc. was approached with an interesting and fresh business idea. The proposal was to create a new investment group, Arundel Partners, that would exist solely for the purpose of purchasing sequel rights to motion pictures produced by major U.S. movie studios. The proposal was unusual in that studios rarely sold rights to sequels prior to 1992, and interesting in the sense that it did not target specific movies or negotiate prices based on performance of the first movie. Instead, Arundel wanted to create a portfolio of options to produce all sequels at a studio for a given time period. The incentive to the studios is that Arundel…
