In this article, it discusses first the fact that many companies now are feeling the need to switch over to an e-business. With switching to the e-business, it then goes over the fact that protecting intellectual property is a major key to having a successful business and knowing who will have access to it. The ways discussed to protect the company are patents, trademarks, copyrights, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, even non-compete covenants and employment agreements, anything that relates the property back to the company.
