Army Leadership Philosophy Paper
1. Introduction: The Army has multiple high-performing organizations that share common objectives such as direction, purpose along shared values. My philosophy consists of two parts: Core Principles (Sec 2) which covers the values as well as purpose
I expect from our unit, besides Standing Priorities (Sec 3) which outlines the Company’s direction for training and operations.
2. Company Core Principles:
a. Accept your Charge. As members of the Noncommissioned Officer Corps we are part of an honored tradition of service in the defense of our nation. 3. Company Standing Priorities:
a. Combat Readiness. Train for endurance, flexibility and strength. Soldiers are strong, hearty, above all we must be physically ready to proceed the extra mile and sustained, rigorous demands of consecutive 24 duty hours when required.
b. Mission Command. Each mission is a new opportunity to test, learn and improve your leadership skills. Do not waste it.
c. Mental Agility. Battles are won by identifying the core of the problem at the earliest stage. Executing a suitable solution in a timely manner is a guarantee of victory.
d. Leader Development. Each mission is a mentorship opportunity at every level. Take advantage every time to learn and improve yourself.
4. Conclusion: Is an immense honor and a privilege to serve with a team of excellent leaders. I expect nothing but the best from each of you. Is certain and without hesitation our organization will face many challenges along the way. Nevertheless, as a team, we will grow together and personally will overcome any adverse
